Meet the guest: Dr. Lisa Bielke holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Poultry Science from the University of Arkansas and a B.S. from Texas A&M University. She currently serves as the Distinguished Scholar and Prestage Endowed Chair of Turkey Health Research at North Carolina State University. Her work centers on microbiology, omics technologies, and improving gut health in poultry.
