Meet the guest: Dr. Jennifer Ifft holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from UC Berkeley and currently serves as the Flinchbaugh Agricultural Policy Chair at Kansas State University. Her research focuses on agricultural finance, crop insurance, and policy evaluation with a special interest in supporting U.S. livestock and crop sectors. She also leads outreach and extension programs addressing evolving risks in the poultry and farming industries.
