Hi, I am Dr. Amanda Helman, founder of Healthy Roots LLC. I have over 25 years of experience in education, special education, leadership, trauma-informed practices, counseling psychology, and neuroscience.
I’ve spent decades in different leadership capacities, mentorship, coaching, consulting, psychology, education, and training people in the education and psychology fields.
Through my inner struggles, I learned through experience and education, forming the Cognitive Release Coaching and Consulting approach. This approach involves walking people through the Cognitive Release Map, which helps them flip their thought scripts to move forward.
I specialize in enhancing and shifting executive functioning skills in the brain to help professionals regain time, energy, and productivity.
