  • Let's Get Real - Brain Dumping
    2026/02/23

Welcome to Episode 73 of the Don’t You Worry Podcast — and we’re kicking off a brand new mini-series called “Let’s Get Real.” No interviews. No fluff. Just Briley + Britton in the studio talking about the stuff that’s actually happening in our heads.

This week’s topic: Brain Dumping. Because if we’re being honest… our brains stay loud. Thoughts stack up, fear spirals, “what-if’s” start sprinting, and suddenly you’re stressed about something you can’t even explain without sounding dramatic.

In this episode, we unpack a simple but powerful practice we learned from Kate Downing’s Bible study Fighting with Fear: get it out → sort it out → take a step → pray it out.

    We talk about:

    • why anxiety feels so real (even when it’s lying to you)
    • the difference between what’s in your control vs. what’s God’s job
    • how spiraling works (and how to stop feeding it)
    • and why Job 38 is one of the most humbling reminders that God sees what we can’t

Also… we tell the story of Briley running down a hallway with her eyes closed and learning the hard way why trusting the guide matters. (Yes, there was a wall. Yes, there was a bump. Yes, it’s a whole metaphor.)

So if your mind has been crowded, your heart has been heavy, or you just need a practical way to hand the chaos to God—this one’s for you.

Grab a journal tonight. Brain dump it. Sort it. Step forward. Pray. And let’s get real together.

  • Coach Hardin
    2026/01/26

What happens when your favorite high school coach sits down in the studio… and gets real about faith, leadership, purpose, and the joy that holds you together?

In Episode 71, Briley and Britton welcome Coach Hardin (Tyler Hardin) — teacher, coach, and FCA sponsor/huddle leader — for an honest, hilarious, and surprisingly deep conversation about life on the field and life with Jesus.

Coach Hardin shares his journey from growing up in church, walking through family hardship, and drifting into “going through the motions,” to a turning-point moment in a college dorm where he realized how empty life felt without God. From there, everything starts changing—through friendship, discipleship, serving, and learning what it really means that “God doesn’t call the equipped… He equips the called.”

    You’ll also hear:

    • How sports shaped his leadership (and why he wishes he played golf earlier)
    • The pressure students feel to be liked vs. the call to be different
    • Why boldness isn’t a personality trait—it’s a daily decision
    • The shift from “numbers” to depth, and why discipleship multiplies
    • A powerful encouragement to teenagers: don’t wish life away—live it

This episode is packed with wisdom for students, parents, leaders, and anyone trying to follow Jesus in real life—messy moments, busy schedules, and all.

🎧 Listen now, and as always… don’t you worry.

If this conversation encouraged you, be sure to like, subscribe, and share it with a friend who needs it.

  • Tripp Hartline
    2026/01/19

In this episode, Briley and Britton sit down with their friend Tripp Hartline (yes, that Tripp from church, student group, and summer camp) and let him tell the real story of what God has been doing in his life. Tripp opens up about getting baptized as a kid, growing up with faith on the “side,” and eventually hitting a point where the questions got too big to ignore: Am I really saved? Do I actually know Jesus—or just know about Him?

From wrestling with acceptance and wanting to fit in, to learning what it looks like to pursue Jesus with consistency, conviction, and community, Tripp shares the moment everything changed — and how it’s still changing. You’ll hear about the “knot in your stomach” feeling, the power of mentors who walk with you, the courage it takes to speak up at school, and the surprising ways God begins reshaping your desires (even down to what you listen to).

This episode is honest, funny, heartfelt, and full of hope — especially if you’ve ever struggled with doubt, inconsistency, or wondering if your faith is truly your own.

Don’t You Worry… God isn’t finished with your story either.

  • 2026 Soundtracks
    2026/01/12

Briley and Britton are kicking off the new year with a bang (and yes… the Don’t You Worry hoodies are still going crazy, so check the socials 👀).

In this episode, they share their Top 10 songs they’re carrying into 2026 — worship + Christian tracks that are encouraging, motivating, and perspective-shifting… the kind you blast in the car, play on repeat on the treadmill, and turn on first thing in the morning when you need your faith to wake up before your feelings do.

Along the way, they unpack the lyrics that have been hitting them the hardest — like craving God even when life feels “fine,” remembering you’ve been washed and made new, turning “breakdowns” into breakthroughs, and choosing to seek Jesus first instead of running on spiritual leftovers. They also talk through real-life moments (big decisions, changing seasons, friendships, journaling God’s faithfulness) and keep circling back to the challenge of the year:

Go all in for Jesus — even if you don’t know what’s next.

They’re also putting the full list into a playlist for you to listen to, and they’re asking for help: drop your best worship + Christian hype song recommendations for 2026 (especially the kind that makes you want to run through a wall… spiritually).

Hit play, grab your headphones, and let this episode set the tone for your year. Don’t you worry — your soundtrack is about to change everything.

  • Good News, Great Joy
    2025/12/22

This week on the Don’t You Worry Podcast, Briley & Britton take one short verse from the Christmas story and let it preach: Luke 2:10“Fear not… for behold, I bring you good news of great joy… for all the people.” And somehow that one verse manages to call out our whole holiday hustle.

Using a simple Bible study tool they’ve been loving—scripture journaling from Fighting With Fear by Kate Downing—they slow the verse down word-by-word and uncover what we miss when we rush:

    • “Fear not” isn’t a cute phrase—it’s a real invitation to trust God’s presence.
    • “Behold” means fix your attention (yes, even in the middle of parties, finals, and a Christmas calendar that’s on fire).
    • “Good news” is too good to keep quiet—real salvation overflows into real storytelling.
    • “Great joy” isn’t just holiday happy… it’s deep, intense, can’t-hold-it-in joy—even when Christmas feels complicated.
    • And “for all the people” means nobody is outside the_attach-this-to-your-life-right-now_ gospel.

This episode is part laugh, part Christmas vibe, and part holy wake-up call: don’t let Jesus be one of your things this season—make Him the center. Fear Him above everything. Fix your eyes on Him. Share the good news. And receive the gift that was always meant for you.

    Merry Christmas—and seriously… don’t you worry.

  • The 2025 RECAP
    2025/12/15

    It’s officially a wrap. ☀️

In this feel-good, laugh-a-lot, reflect-a-little episode, Briley and Britton look back on everything 2025 brought their way—from travel days and school semesters survived, to podcast milestones they never imagined.

They play a hilarious “2025 Wrapped” game (including their most embarrassing ChatGPT questions), recap Spotify Wrapped surprises, celebrate two merch drops, and relive favorite podcast moments—from meaningful interviews to spontaneous beach-camp conversations that somehow turned into full episodes.

But this recap isn’t just funny—it’s honest. They talk about big wins, real fears, friendships that deepened, faith that grew, milestones reached, roller-coaster fears conquered (literally), and the reminder that the best moments often happen when you’re fully present.

This episode is equal parts joy, gratitude, growth, and sunshine—ending the year the way the podcast began: with laughter, reflection, and a simple reminder to make the most of today.

Don’t you worry. 2025 was good—and there’s even more ahead.
