Thank you so much for being a part of Our Daily Ritual!
Today, our theme was the first Pillar of Coherence, Self which manifests as Wellbeing.
We pulled the Judgement card in reverse, which reminded us to hold onto the significance of the middle part of our journeys, and to trust our own abilities for returning to equilibrium.
Our mantra today is, “I release my expectations of my journey.”
If you want to implement this into your day, try the guided visualization meditation illustrated in the episode, walking into the cave, traversing the darkness, coming out on the other side, and noticing what you see after leaving the cave.
