What happens to a church's mission when a leader steps away? In 2 Timothy 2:1-2, Paul gives Timothy the answer before he even asks the question: take what you've heard and entrust it to faithful people who will be able to teach others also. One verse, four generations of discipleship — Paul to Timothy, Timothy to faithful men, and faithful men to still others.

This isn't a calling reserved for pastors and elders. Jesus already sees you as holy and complete — so why does the Christian life still feel like a work in progress?
