  • A conversation with a friend
    2024/04/09

In this episode, I continue the theme of how fragile our lives are, speaking with a very good friend “Dawn Noel". To be honest this really was an open discussion that touched on lots of different subject matter yet somehow managed to keep the theme of Fragility at its centre.
It’s amazing how one word can encompass so much and I think it’s wise to stay in this lane and explore our fragile existence for a few more episodes.

Disclaimer:: Dawns mother is 89 years old and mentioned a point that in todays sensitive environment may be deemed inappropriate by some people, where she referred to (losing her marbles), this must be understood from the context of the person who said those words and should not be taken out of context as no harm was meant, however I understand that some people may see this as offensive.

  • Introduction to Fragile
    2024/01/12

Fragile is a simple, beautiful, motivational and inspiring narrative about the fragility of our lives and explains in simple terms how our lives are like flowers, where we grow blossom and bloom and slowly wither.
Fragile explores the beauty of our spiritual journey and comes to the conclusion that while we are here we need to be and do the very best we can.
Tomorrow is not guaranteed and it falls to us to make the most of our time on this earth.

Life's resemblance to a flower is profound, reflecting our journey through stages of growth, much like the blossoming phases of a delicate bloom. Just as a flowers beauty emerges from a seed and evolves through various stages, our lives unfold from birth to maturity, each phase phase revealing our unique qualities and potential.
However, similar to the fragility of a flowers petals, our lives are delicate, easily influenced by external factors such as circumstances, health and the choices we make. This fragility highlights the preciousness and vulnerability inherent in our existence, underscoring the interconnected nature of our lives.
