  • Meditation for a New Day

    It has been many months since the last podcast release.

    Starting in August 2023 I battled Covid on and off and completely lost my voice. Over the ensuing months, my voice was whispery or raspy and sadly, my voice has never completely returned to what it previously was. I am left with a voice that, to me, makes me sound much older than I am. I am self conscious about this and this is why I have not recorded any meditations for you until now.

    This morning's meditation was inspired by the sound of the song birds in my neighborhood. This was recorded outside with just my phone in order to capture the raw, newness of the day.

    Find a comfortable spot, pop in the earbuds and allow yourself to escape to this meditation for a new day.
