Daniel is the host of The Competitive Edge Podcast, a show dedicated to helping people push their limits and achieve peak performance in fitness and in life. Daniel has a wealth of experience from his own journey as a multi-discipline athlete. He began playing hockey at a very young age and has traveled for games all over the country. And he would later go on to compete in events like HYROX, DEKA, and other hybrid races. Now he shares his own expert insights, practical tips, and inspiring stories on his podcast. As well as those from elite competitors, coaches, and industry leaders in order to empower his audience to elevate their training, nutrition, and mindset.
