We Join Cyber Phantom, Neon Samurai, and Ghoul King as they have entered St. Louis and are heading to EndWell Hospital to investigate the disappearance of the operative Ruby Atom, and the morgue that is suspected to be where Necro Bot is growing dead bodies.

The group must avoid detection in St. Louis as One Nation Under God has taken back the city and are not accepting of Modded Humans. But if that was not enough to worry about, two of the cannibalistic members of the Unholy Six, Tor Pig and Crawling Filth are on their way to St. Louis to capture the trio.

With enemies in front of and behind them, the trio are about to be stuck in the middle.

Cyber Phantom, Neon Samurai, and Ghoul King begin their journey to the Prisons of Whusconsin to talk with the Nightmare Doctor, one of a privileged few that know the location of the hacker's graveyard.

Everyone has their own agenda for wanting to go to the prison. Cyber Phantom believes he is getting closer to finding his wife and kids. Neon Samurai needs to rescue a friend. While Ghoul King is keeping his motives a secret.

Unknown to the three companions, they are being followed by the notorious bounty hunters The Gunslingers, who always get their target, dead or alive.

The Cyber Phantom is soon going to learn that his quest to find his wife and kids is going to get infinitely more complicated as not everything is as it seems.
