I started health and wellness in 1992 when a friend was diagnosed with anorexia, I knew then how important food and nutrition is. Studied Food/Nutrition at Youngstown State but was working full time didn’t finish.

After having my kids I knew my health and wellness needed an overhaul and while on a health food website, I found the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
