She served as the Associate Director for Jennifer Lopez's "It's My Party" Tour and was the Producer for "Holidays with the Houghs," featuring Derek and Julianne Hough. She also co-directed the World of Dance Live Tour and worked as the Supervising Choreographer for Season 4 of World Of Dance. Katy's creative expertise extends to high-profile events like the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, Disney's Holiday Celebration, and Jennifer Lopez's MTV Video Vanguard Performance, among many others. Notably, she served as the Associate Director for the Super Bowl Halftime Show in 2020. For seven years, Katy played a vital role as Dance Master at The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil, and she's also made her mark on productions like Mystere, Zumanity, O, and La Nouba. One of Katy's most significant personal achievements is the creation of her speaking series, "HUMANN Movement." This series focuses on the growth of emotional intelligence and mental toughness in the next generation of industry professionals.
