In the Anishinaabe language, our word for knowledge is "awaadiziwin" and simply adding a "B" sound to the beginning of this word transforms this idea into something physical, "bimaadiziwin" is knowledge that has manifested itself in a physical form, knowledge you can see.


Bimaadiziwin is also our word we use to describe "life." In the Anishinaabe language life itself is physically represented knowledge.


This podcast is simply a platform the share knowledge, mainly mshkikii aadiziwin - medicine knowledge, to give you the ability to live the life that The Great Lakes is designed to provide, Mina-Bimaadiziwin, a good life.
