    2026/04/14

    Episode Title

    You’re Not Behind — You’re Becoming

    Episode Description / Show Notes

If you’ve been feeling behind in life, creativity, or work—this episode is for you.

In this short-form solo reflection, Jess explores the idea of divine timing without the spiritual bypassing. She shares what it looked like to layer everything in 2025—teaching yoga and Pilates, working full-time and part-time, coaching, parenting—all while holding a dream of building a financially flourishing, soul-aligned business.

This episode is an honest conversation about safety nets, survival seasons, and what happens when the thing you were afraid to let go of gets removed anyway—and you realize you’re finally ready to run.

    Not because you rushed.
    Not because you failed.
But because you were responding to the season you were in.

This is a reminder that becoming doesn’t happen on a timeline. It happens when you have the capacity to be honest.

    In This Episode, We Explore:

    • Why feeling “behind” is often a response to survival, not a personal failure
    • Playing small as self-protection (not self-sabotage)
    • The fear of letting go of stability—even when you want more
    • Stripping away versions of yourself that never quite fit
    • Trusting that the right people find you when you show up honestly
    • Becoming as something that happens after grief, burnout, and rebuilding

    Creative Prompt (Optional, Gentle)

After listening, take a blank page and write the word Becoming somewhere on it.
Without planning, add lines, colors, or marks around the word.
Not to make it pretty. Not to make it make sense.
Stop when it feels like enough.

  • Motherhood Is Overstimulating: 5-Minute Reset for Moms
    2026/02/14

Motherhood can feel overstimulating, relentless, and loud — especially when you never get a real break.

    If you’ve ever felt:

    • touched out
    • irritable by 4 pm
    • exhausted in a way sleep doesn’t fix
    • overwhelmed by noise, interruption, and constant demand

    This episode is for you.

Today we’re talking about sensory overload in motherhood and how it impacts your nervous system. Not from a “mindset shift” angle — but from a body-based, mental health perspective.

    Because overwhelmed moms aren’t weak.
    They’re overstimulated.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • why motherhood is uniquely hard on the senses
    • what happens in your nervous system when you’re constantly “on”
    • how five-minute “pockets of peace” can interrupt the stress loop
    • how to identify your personal trigger windows (mornings, after school, bedtime, etc.)
    • how to strategically place small anchors into your day
    • how creativity supports emotional regulation in simple, accessible ways

These five-minute resets aren’t about adding another self-care routine.

They’re about giving your body brief moments of relief from noise, touch, and constant demand — so you can stay inside your life without burning out.

You’ll also receive a simple creative prompt you can try during your next pocket of peace.

If you’re looking for practical mental health support for moms, nervous system regulation tools, or grounding practices that actually fit into real life — this conversation will meet you there.

Five minutes won’t change your life.
But it might help you stay inside it.

  • Burnout, Stillness, and the Art of Not Falling Apart -With Artist Katie White
    2026/02/03

    Description

In this episode, I sit down with Katie White for a grounded, real conversation about creativity as care—not performance.

We talk about what happens when burnout cracks something open, how meditative painting became a lifeline for Katie, and why creativity doesn’t need to be productive or polished to be powerful. This conversation wanders (in the best way) through the messiness of making art while being human, the courage it takes to claim yourself as an artist, and the quiet rituals that help us stay connected to ourselves when life gets loud.

If you’ve ever felt disconnected from your creativity—or like you need more energy, clarity, or permission before you can begin—this episode is a gentle reminder: you’re already allowed.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • How burnout can become an unexpected doorway back to creativity
    • Meditative painting as a nervous-system-friendly practice
    • Letting art be messy, imperfect, and unfinished
    • The role of education, structure, and community in sustaining creative practices
    • What it really looks like to transition into life as a working artist
    • Why self-care doesn’t have to be elaborate to be meaningful

    Creative Invitation

Set a timer for five minutes and respond to this question in any medium—writing, painting, doodling, movement, or voice note:

What is my system quietly asking for right now?

No fixing. No polishing. Just noticing.
