  • Processing Fruit - Success Isn't About Your Money and Things | Danielle Damrell & Sherita Harkness | Episode 112
    2025/05/27
What kind of fruit is growing in your life right now? And what happens when it’s more weeds than fruit? In this episode of the Created Worthy Podcast, Danielle and Sherita process the fruit of the Spirit in real time — asking big questions, pulling from Galatians 5 and 6, and reflecting on what it really looks like to walk with the Holy Spirit when you’re feeling distracted, overwhelmed, or just plain human. From self-inventory to spiritual growth metaphors, this episode is part heart-to-heart, part Bible study, part gardening lesson — and all grace. Whether you’re in a season of bearing good fruit or realizing your soil needs some serious tending, this conversation will help you slow down, get honest, and partner with the Spirit in practical, tangible ways. YOU are Created Worthy. The Episode Rundown:
✨ What Galatians says about the fruit of the Spirit vs. acts of the flesh
✨ Why spiritual fruit isn’t about what you can achieve
✨ How to test your soil and identify what’s blocking growth
✨ Why community matters more than performance
✨ How creative processing plays a role in planting and pruning Creative Processing Defined: Activating your creative mind to process a certain intention.

CREATIVE PROCESSING CHALLENGE: Processing Fruit Set this intention before engaging in the exercise:
The purpose of [CREATING] is to process [FRUIT IN MY LIFE—TENDING, PRUNING, OR PLANTING]. Step 1: Sort Your Fruit
Ask yourself honestly: Am I seeing more of the Holy Spirit or more of my flesh lately?
Make a quick pro/con style list if it helps. Name it. Own it. Don’t sugarcoat it. Read Galatians 5:13–26 + Galatians 6:7–9 Step 2: Test Your Soil
What’s going on beneath the surface in your heart right now?
Are there any patterns, beliefs, or old wounds that need uprooting?
Shame and burnout grow fast when left unchecked. Step 3: Plant & Care
Pick one fruit of the Spirit you want to see grow in this season.
What helps nourish that? Is it rest? Prayer? A boundary? Honest community?
Remember — the Holy Spirit does the growing. You’re just tending the soil. RESOURCES & LINKS MENTIONED:

  • Processing Trust – Rebuilding One Promise at a Time | Danielle Damrell & Sherita Harkness | Episode 111
    2025/05/08
What happens when trust breaks down—whether it’s with others, with God, or even within yourself? In this episode of the Created Worthy Podcast, Danielle and Sherita explore what it means to rebuild trust after seasons of disappointment, confusion, or betrayal. From subtle moments of self-doubt to the big ruptures that shake our faith, this conversation is a deep dive into what it really takes to rebuild the bridge—gracefully, honestly, and one small promise at a time. Whether you’re struggling to trust others again, questioning God's timing, or realizing you’ve stopped believing your own words, this episode will speak to your heart. Together, Danielle and Sherita unpack the emotional, spiritual, and practical sides of rebuilding trust in every direction. YOU are Created Worthy. The Episode Rundown: ✨ Why we stop trusting ourselves after hard seasons (not just others) ✨ How unprocessed grief and unmet expectations get misdirected toward God ✨ Faith as a form of self-trust—and the currency that activates heaven’s provision ✨ What Sherita learned while… pulling weeds? ✨ Why micro-wins matter more than motivation ✨ The connection between daily manna & spiritual fruit ✨ Danielle’s honest reflection after dropping the ball on a task ✨ How to rebuild trust without overcomplicating your healing Creative Processing Defined: Activating your creative mind to process a certain intention. CREATIVE PROCESSING CHALLENGE: Trust Activation Set this intention before engaging in the exercise: The purpose of [WRITING OR CREATING] is to process [REBUILDING TRUST]. When you pair intention with creativity, you begin to break shame-based patterns and reconnect with truth. Step 1: Pick One Small Thing Choose one action you’ve been longing to follow through on (breathing breaks, stretching, painting, drinking water, etc) —something that helps you ground, heal, and/or connect with who you have been created to be. Step 2: Commit to 3 Days Not forever—just 3 days of consistent follow-through. Only make promises to yourself that you fully intend to keep. Let your yes be yes, and your no be no. Step 3: Reflect Afterward After 3 days, journal: What shifted? What has helped you feel safer in your own mind and body? What does trust look like in this season? Are you in a big circle season, or a small circle season? Both are equally valuable. 📲 Tag @CreatedWorthyPodcast and share what you chose! We’d love to celebrate with you. • Processing Rejection Pt. 2 – Hold On a Dang Minute, I Need to Talk About This | Danielle Damrell & Sherita Harkness | Episode 110
    2025/04/22
In this episode of the Created Worthy Podcast, Danielle and Sherita pick up right where they left off—this time diving even deeper into the real-time process of walking through rejection. From the physical and emotional toll of unprocessed rejection to the spiritual attack it represents, this episode is about truth-telling, warfaring with your words, and reclaiming your identity when rejection tries to write your story for you. Danielle and Sherita don’t hold back. They share what it feels like to process rejection while still in the thick of it—exploring everything from church hurt to unmet expectations, singleness, entrepreneurship, and how to move from shame into significance. If you’ve ever been told you’re too much, not enough, or left out of a room you were called to occupy—this conversation will meet you in the mess, remind you who you are, and help you build the kind of belonging that can’t be stolen. YOU are Created Worthy. The Episode Rundown: ✨ Rejection as a Spiritual Tactic ✨ The Shame Spiral: How it Starts & How to Stop It ✨ Church Hurt and Being Rejected by Spiritual “Authority” Figures ✨ How Unprocessed Rejection Disrupts Self-Trust ✨ The Power of Speaking Truth Aloud ✨ Why Some People Just Don’t Get You ✨ An Actionable Challenge for Listeners + SO MUCH MORE! Creative Processing Defined: Activating your creative mind to process a certain intention. CREATIVE PROCESSING CHALLENGE: REJECTION Set this intention before engaging in the exercise: The purpose of [WRITING OR CREATING] is to process [THE PARTS OF ME THAT HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY REJECTION SO I CAN PREPARE TO REBUILD TRUST]. When you pair intention with creativity, you begin to break shame-based patterns and reconnect with truth. Step 1: Identify the Wound Has rejection resurfaced in your life recently? Ask: Who or what made me question my worth? Journaling Prompt: Write about a moment where rejection hit hard—and what message it sent. Where did this rejection try to take root? What lie did it try to plant? Step 2: Speak Truth Over Yourself Truth isn’t just for the polished version of you. It’s for the panicked, anxious, second-guessing versions of who you are, too. Journaling Strategy: What are the truths that combat the lies you identified in step 1? –BREAK OFF THE SHAME. SPEAK TRUTH OUT LOUD. Step 3: Ask God (or your source)—What Do You See in Me That I’ve Forgotten to Trust? You were made in your Creator’s image. Ask Him to remind you of what He sees. Journaling Strategy: What is God pointing out in you that looks like Him? What tangible practices can you implement that will draw you back to trusting Him? Reflect: How can you honor that this week?
