Today I go back 4 years to where my spiritual journey began. What was going on in my world, how I landed in Costa Rica, and all the realizations that then followed.

Feeling as though I have made it through the shadows, the healing and am now on the other side, I feel as though it is super important to share my journey with others. It is my intention that one listener out there will be able to resonate with parts of my story and see themselves in situations that no longer serve them and what to do about it.

Probably the best thing that has come out of my meditation practice is the ability to quickly and clearly see a cycle or pattern. Some of these patterns developed after my abuse and some of the cycles stemmed from my family unit. Regardless of where they started, seeing them clearly for what they are in my adult life has been life changing! The best part about all of this I no longer have to agree to continue these patterns or cycles. I can consciously choose to do different, think different, or be different. It's absolutely liberating!!
