On Friday, Calgary Blizzard could capture the League One Alberta men's title (and a trip to the 2026 Canadian Championship) with a win. The Calgary Foothills women's team could win the women's division title (and qualify for the interprovincial cup in August) if the are victorious combined with a loss by the Blizzard's women's team. We discuss the possibilities in more detail.
We interview Foothills striker Avril Jamieson about her career, this current League One season and also about her university plans this fall at St. FX.
Cavalry FC is back at Spruce Meadows on Saturday where they will play York United. The Calgary Wild are on the road in Montreal on Saturday. We preview both matches and talk about both club's new signings.
We also have a Mya Jones injury update. And we talk about a couple of Calgarians who are joining Canada's U17 women's team in Mexico next week.
