Hello & Welcome Entree 3000's!

Cheers to another episode of The All New Cornbread & Beans Show!

It's your favorite Food & Comedy Podcast. Come join the hosts, Darius Kennedy, a Windy City native and comedian, and Rio Riojas a comedian/actor and Michigander! Together they have created a great new and fun podcast. Where Comedy and Food are blended together.

This week we have a very special guest with us for the episode. We have Dan Hartley joining us, he runs Quality Scary here in Lansing, MI. If you are unaware it is like Mystery Science Theatre 3000 but with campy horror movies and you are the riffers! It is a lot of fun, both Darius and myself always have a great time going to hang out at a Quality Scary Show. He is also on the board for the Capital City Film Festival which is entering it's 16th year!

During the discussion in this episode we bring up some local food spots around Lansing. I talk about my recent experience trying The Crown Grill on Cesar Chavez for the first time and mention it might be taking the place of Olympic Broil for my go to burger. Dan expressed his worry for the Flint based chain restaurant Big Johns. Please listeners if you can, go support your local Big Johns. It would mean a lot.
