  • 330 Billion Reasons Why You're Not Stuck
    2026/04/13

    You're not stuck.

Even when your body feels like nothing is changing...your body is already doing the work in the background. Every single day. around 330 billion cells in your body are regenerated.

That means you are constantly being rebuilt - whether you feel ready or not.

In this episode, I talk about:

-Why feeling "stuck" is often just perception.

-The deeper psychology behind identity shifts (Carl Jung + the Collective Unconscious).

-How change actually happens beneath awareness,

-And why you may already be becoming a different version of yourself.

If you've been feeling like you're in a pause, a fog, or a transition...

    this is for you!!!

I'd love to know: Have you been feeling like you're in a "stuck" season lately?

This episode contains discussions of mental health, addiction, suicidal thoughts, and incarceration. These topics may be triggering for some listeners. Please take care of yourself while listening and pause, skip, come back another time, or step away if these topics are too sensitive on your heart.

If you or someone you know is struggling, please consider reaching out to a trusted person or a professional for support. You are not alone!**

This episode is more than just a conversation... this is the moment Conversations from the Chrysalis - A My Journey Podcast was truly born. In the second half of Jay's interview, something shifted. What started as sharing a story turned into the day this podcast was born. This is the moment where I decided to create something bigger than myself... a space for real, honest conversations about healing, growth, and transformation.

These episodes will always be real, raw, and authentic. We tell the story exactly how it unfolds. You can't get any more natural than this.

This podcast is guided by the Butterfly Model framework that I created, to teach the stages of transformation:

    ~Egg - Awareness

    ~Caterpillar - Learning

    ~Chrysalis - Transformation

    ~Butterfly - Growth

  • Jay's Story Part 1 & The Moment the Podcast Was Born
    2026/04/01

While I previously shared a trailer and a solo episode (The Butterfly Model), this is the first real conversation...and I don't think either of us realized the impact it would have while we were recording it.

This episode is raw, unfiltered, and real. There are moments where life is happening in the background... where things aren't edited out... and where the conversation flows exactly as it unfolded. Because that's what this space is meant to be.

In this episode, Jay Geist shares his story - including his experiences with addiction, incarceration, mental health, and the journey of change. But this conversation also captures something neither of us expected...The moment this podcast was truly born.

    We talk about:

    -Transformation and second chances

    -Mental health and healing

-The reality of "silent viewers" and unseen impact

-Growth, self-awareness, and becoming someone new

This isn't a perfect conversation. But it's a real one. If something in this episode resonates with you, know that you're not alone.

I'd love to hear what part stayed with you.

**CONTENT WARNING**This episode contains discussions of addiction, incarceration, mental health, trauma, and suicide, as well as strong language. Viewer discretion is advised.
