SYNOPSIS:

David is feeling good about the night before in the laundromat and even tells Agnes that he finally has Maddie “in a relationship.” He is unaware that Maddie has left Los Angeles and is now at her parents’ home in Chicago.

Donald Chase arrives and wants to hire Blue Moon to locate a woman whom he met at a charity event. He doesn’t know her name; he only has one of her valuable earrings and reports that she has a beauty mark on her face.

David and Bert begin to investigate the Chase case. David becomes enraged and smashes Maddie’s BMW in the underground garage. This episode includes another fantasy sequence, in which Maddie and David are depicted in Claymation.
