• COLOR SPEAK, Season 5, Episode 27: God-Honoring Children's Entertainment with Creators D'Lytha & Nathan Meyers
    2025/06/14

Christian parents are watching their influence fade—schools, media, and tech are shaping their kids more than they are. Nathan and D’Lytha are doing something about it.

Nathan, a set designer for The Chosen, and D’Lytha, a trained musical theater performer, have created a bold, God-honoring kids’ film that combats today’s culture of confusion, rebellion, and moral drift—not with lectures, but through story, music, and truth. Aria Appleton Shines has already won a prestigious award from IVCM!

Aria Appleton is a talented 11 year old girl who will do anything to achieve stardom - even conspire to cheat her best friend out of the lead role in the school musical. When Aria's mother leaves on a two week "business cruise". Aria is forced to stay with her babysitter's quirky, but genuine homeschool family. Through the family's positive influence, Aria begins to have second thoughts about her schemes, but might not be able to stop the events she's set in motion. Through everything, Aria escapes into her imagination to make sense of it all - her imagination, of course, being a variety of fantastic sequences, animation and musical numbers.

  • COLOR SPEAK, Season 5, Episode 26: SIEGE COUNTER MEASURES with Diana Larkin & Patty Teichroew
    2025/06/13

Hang in there, my friends. We are almost there!

We can't give up now! We are so close!

The latest efforts of the enemy to thwart what God is doing will be crushed in the mighty NAME of JESUS.

This is the season in which we cannot be lukewarm.

We must choose to SERVE and BELIEVE.

    BELIEVE.

    And take our counter measures.

We must be either hot or cold. There is no in between. No buring our heads in the sand.

    This is INDIVIDUAL responsibility.

    This is our hour.

And it starts with an investment in our relationships with our God.

Because America will be known as THE PLACE WHERE GOD DWELLS!

MAY ALL WHO READ THIS AND/OR LISTEN TO THIS BE BLESSED BY THE TRUTH OF GOD.

Patty Teichroew is part of A WATCHMAN'S JOURNAL team. She grew up in a Christian home and became a Christian when she was nine years old. She remembers hearing sermons about when God would speak to Moses, Noah, Elisha, David and so many others in the Bible and she would think to herself, if God spoke to people back then, why doesn’t He speak to people now? It wasn’t until she went to Explo ‘72 that she received an understanding of the importance of the Holy Spirit. At this youth gathering, she heard the Lord’s voice for the first time and that was monumental for her. When she returned home she became closer to her boyfriend whom she later married that following year. Years later she became a mother of two. It wasn’t long before she began to hear Him speak to her and He would answer her questions as how to respond to situations in her life. Everyday now she inquires of the Lord and asks Him what is on His heart and He responds to her.

Friendship is a gift our God loves to give us; one He loves to keep on giving. He so enjoys seeing His kids connect!

Our need for friends changes over the years. Our friends change over the years.

At times we are too busy to make them or keep them. Regardless, life is lonely without friends who get us.

We need good ones. Heart ones, who will go deep with us, understand us, and unite with us to form something bigger than ourselves.

Friends that think the way we do are more important than ever before as we navigate this time on earth. We need support! Without it, we can become a little desperate.

My guest today is making it her mission to help the desperately lonely, and those who simply love making new friends, find what they need.

BUT. God is coming for them.

    One way or another.

  • COLOR SPEAK, Season 5, Episode 20: Be the Prophet of Your Own Life with Ash West
    2025/04/13

"...Stand in the ways and see, And ask for the old paths, where the good way is, And walk in it; Then you will find rest for your souls.'" Jeremiah 6:16

Looking to the past for our Creator's counsel enables us to find His wisdom painted in living color through the ages.

AND observing His present while engaging with His Holy Spirit enables us to embrace His glorious new.

God is always moving in BIG ways. He is always teaching us something new within the old.

Unless we permit obstacles to lodge on the road He is laying out for us, where bright and shiny objects may lure us away from our intended path. The old and the comfortable may block us too.

Our God is never stagnet. How can our relationship with Him be?

Today, Ash and I talk through some of the ways we navigate the confusion and the mystery of what the Holy Spirit is doing that is new and fresh, while staying grounded in the old.

There are SO many messages and opinions these days. So many prophetic voices. Amen! Though a collective consciousness is arising in His people, there is still a lot of conflicting information.

How do we make sense of it all and stay on the same page with one another?

It starts with an intimate relationship with Him. What happens in your alone moments with your Savior is what will renew your mind, far greater than any attraction designed to intercede.
