John sheds some light on the economic state of the country, how stagnation and inflation driving the so-called “cost-of-living” crisis, and how productivity is our only way out of this mess.

He also elaborates on how Liberal and Labor are not only blind to this need for productivity, but in many ways actively impeding our only exit-route from economic catastrophe. With the Federal election around the corner, John looks at the major party tax policies, and what they could be doing if they had Australians’ best interests at heart rather than their own: what tax reform could be adopted, what programs need to be cut.

Josh discusses the lay of the land of his seat, how the election is shaping up, as well as some of his experiences in dealing with the more unsavoury characters that are attracted to politics.

Josh is also preparing for what he predicts will be a bloodbath event, where he is speaking at a Climate 200 candidate forum, and is the only candidate in attendance who is not a member of the cult of climate change.
