  • Cole Hammer joined the program this morning for his second visit to continue discussing his professional journey. Since he was last on the program he had a 54-hole lead on the Korn Ferry Tour and he dove into how that experience was in retrospect and how he was and wasn't prepared for the moment. Hammer also touched on his coach Bruce Davidson, the use of range finders, and talked about the journey of Rory McIlroy as was on the range with him as a 15-year old at Chambers Bay for the U.S. Open. We were also joined in studio by Preston Cole, Quail Hollow Club Pro, as he embarks to qualify for the 2025 PGA Championship that will be hosted by his home club in Charlotte. He talked about the experience qualifying at Valhalla last year and the support he has from everyone at the club to try to do it again this year.
