  • When Did This Become Normal?
    2026/07/01

This week, we're covering a little bit of everything. I'm sharing my thoughts on the latest Love Island episodes. We're also talking about the internet's inability to let people grow, why memoirs have become one of my favorite genres, the books currently on my nightstand, and whether we've become a little too comfortable staying in situations that no longer serve us. Grab your coffee, tea, or wine, and let's have a conversation.

  • Permission to Pivot
    2026/06/25

If I had to sum up this week in one word, it would be pivot. Not because everything went wrong, but because almost everything required me to adjust. My work. My expectations. Even what I've been watching somehow turned into life lessons. And the more I thought about it, the more I realized that maybe pivoting isn't a sign that we're off track. Maybe it's exactly how we stay on track when life inevitably changes.

  • When the Receipts Are Clear… But the Story Still Gets Rewritten
    2026/04/23

There’s a pattern that keeps showing up online… and once you see it, you can’t unsee it.

A woman comes forward with receipts. Clear proof. Screenshots, timelines, everything laid out.

And somehow… it still gets questioned.

In this episode, we’re talking about what happens when the focus shifts from what actually happened to how she responded. Why proof doesn’t always lead to accountability. And how quickly the narrative can be rewritten, even when everything is right there.

Because at a certain point, it’s not about the receipts.

It’s about what people are willing to acknowledge.
