  • When Did This Become Normal?
    2026/07/01

This week, we're covering a little bit of everything. I'm sharing my thoughts on the latest Love Island episodes. We're also talking about the internet's inability to let people grow, why memoirs have become one of my favorite genres, the books currently on my nightstand, and whether we've become a little too comfortable staying in situations that no longer serve us. Grab your coffee, tea, or wine, and let's have a conversation.

  • Permission to Pivot
    2026/06/25

If I had to sum up this week in one word, it would be pivot. Not because everything went wrong, but because almost everything required me to adjust. My work. My expectations. Even what I've been watching somehow turned into life lessons. And the more I thought about it, the more I realized that maybe pivoting isn't a sign that we're off track. Maybe it's exactly how we stay on track when life inevitably changes.

  • What I'm Watching, What I'm Reading & What I'm Learning About Myself
    2026/06/12

This week we're talking reality TV, reading goals, celebrity memoirs, and one lesson that hit me harder than expected: being the reliable one comes with a cost.

From Love Island and Temptation Island to learning how to stop putting myself last, this episode is a candid conversation about balance, boundaries, and getting back to the things that matter to you.

Plus, I'm sharing what I'm reading next and why memoirs continue to fascinate me.

Pour a glass, get comfortable, and let's talk.
