I am your host Shelly Drymon and this is the podcast where I have conversations with women over 50 who are in the world doing amazing things, and busting through the stereotypes of what it means to be a woman over 50 today. BARBIE LISS is a Life Coach, Energy Healer and Speaker & Advocate for Restorative Justice and Societal Healing.   She brings awareness to the challenges of secondary trauma through her personal story of healing after her daughter was raped, and the restorative justice outcome of their case, making history in the justice system.  She has since guided hundreds of women to reclaim voice and empowerment, and has sat on panels, interviews and podcasts advocating for restorative justice, and a push for societal change.  Barbie's work to bring awareness and shift to societal conditioned messaging has led to her becoming the ANTI Anti~Aging Coach, guiding women to shed shame around aging, change societal narratives and claim the voice, value and power of our years.
