From a $48,000 trip to Greece for a day of paving a driveway to a $60,000 Kenyan “outreach” filled with safaris, I share real stories from friends of their church's misallocated resources that could have transformed local communities or supported sustainable global missions.

Why do churches fall into this trap? Is it about optics, emotionalism, or just poor stewardship?
