Hey, I’m Ondrea Lynn and I’m so excited that you are here with me on Christian Women Weight Loss! I remember what it felt like to be 75lbs overweight, exhausted, overwhelmed, riddled with poor self-esteem, wrong self-image, and unworthiness. I was searching in all the worldly places and was brought down a path of deception. Seeking and searching for something to fill my void lead me into 30 years in new age occult practices that never fulfilled me. It was so much work to a never-ending solution until one day when everything that meant something to be broke… my oldest child became estranged, my husband left, my 3 thriving businesses crumbled. Until I was radically saved by Jesus and He made everything new and set me on this track to help Christian women lose weight and gain health through the power of the Holy Spirit. I have spent 20 years in the health and fitness industry as a certified NASM personal trainer, group fitness instructor, holistic health coach, fitness nutrition specialist, studying behavioral change and self-sabotage. I’m here to teach you everything I know about simplifying food and fitness while making faith your primary drive as a busy woman. Inside this podcast you will find a combination of food and fitness golden nuggets while we use the word of God to strengthen your relationship with Jesus. Allowing the Holy Spirit on this journey so you begin to get results in weight loss, better sleep, burning fat, breaking free from depression, anxiety, binge eating, sugar addiction, emotional struggles. As a woman of God it is time to get His vessel, your body, healthy so you can do all that God is calling you to. It is clearly written in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” NO more starving or endless exercising, let the Holy Spirit rise so you lose the weight and keep it off. May the Lord give you ears to hear, eyes to see, a heart that’s pleasing to Him along with a body that will be transformed for His glory, let’s dive in….Copyright 2024 All rights reserved. エクササイズ・フィットネス キリスト教 スピリチュアリティ フィットネス・食生活・栄養 聖職・福音主義 衛生・健康的な生活

  • Ep 142 | Do You Agree With God For Your Weight Loss?
    2026/09/25
Do You Agree With God About Your Weight Loss? What if the biggest battle you’re fighting in your weight loss journey isn’t happening in your kitchen… or on the scale… or even in your workout? What if the battle is happening in your mind? In this powerful episode of the Christian Women’s Weight Loss Podcast | Faith, Food, Fitness, Ondrea Lynn explores one question that can completely change the way you approach your weight loss journey: Do you agree with God? After recently spending time with Dr. Clarice Fluitt, Ondrea was deeply impacted by the idea of agreement with God—and she brings that powerful principle into the conversation around weight loss, health, food, fitness, and renewing your mind. Because what happens when you’ve tried to lose weight before? What happens when the scale doesn’t move? What happens when you lose weight and then gain some back? What happens when you start thinking… “Maybe I’m just too old.” “Maybe my body can’t change anymore.” “I’ve always struggled with food.” “I’ll never be able to keep the weight off.” “I’ve tried everything.” Whose report are you agreeing with? In this episode, Ondrea walks you through the biblical story of the twelve spies in Numbers 13–14, showing how the same circumstances can produce completely different responses depending on what you believe about God. You’ll also hear about Abraham in Romans 4, the renewing of your mind in Romans 12:2, and what Scripture teaches about stewarding your body, developing self-control, and taking faithful action. Ondrea also shares an important distinction: Faith isn’t a substitute for action. Faith doesn’t mean pretending the struggle isn’t real. It means allowing God’s truth to become the foundation from which you respond to the struggle. You’ll discover why Christian weight loss can’t simply be about calories and workouts—and why Ondrea’s Faith, Food & Fitness approach addresses the whole woman. Because you may need more than another meal plan. You may need more than another workout. And you may need more than mindset information. You may need someone who can help you connect the pieces: Faith. Food. Fitness. Mindset. Habits. Support. If you’re a Christian woman over 30 who wants to lose weight, transform your relationship with your health, and learn how to maintain your results while honoring God, this episode is for you. In this episode, you’ll learn: • Why the question “Do you agree with God?” matters on your weight loss journey • How Numbers 13–14 can help you understand the battle between fear and faith • Why your current circumstances don’t have to define your identity or future • What Romans 12:2 teaches about renewing your mind • How Abraham responded when circumstances appeared impossible • Why faith must be accompanied by action • What biblical self-control actually means • How to stop allowing the scale to determine your identity • Why Faith, Food & Fitness addresses more than just one piece of weight loss • How Scripture can become an anchor when discouragement hits A WORD FOR YOU TODAY Maybe you’ve been agreeing with your past. Maybe you’ve been agreeing with the scale. Maybe you’ve been agreeing with the voice that says you can’t change. Today, pause and ask yourself: “What am I agreeing with?” Then ask: “What does God’s Word actually say?” You don’t have to have the entire journey figured out today. You can take the next faithful step. One meal. One choice. One workout when appropriate. One thought. One day at a time. READY FOR PERSONALIZED SUPPORT? If you’re a Christian woman over 30 and you’re ready to stop piecing together weight loss information on your own, I’d love to help you look at the whole picture—Faith, Food & Fitness. • Worship & Word Wednesday | Is Weight Loss An Act Of Worship
    2026/09/23

Can weight loss actually be an act of worship?

What if your Christian weight loss journey isn’t just about losing pounds—but about learning to honor God with the body He entrusted to you?

In this special Worship & Word Wednesday bonus episode of the Christian Women’s Weight Loss Podcast | Faith, Food, Fitness, Ondrea Lynn takes you deeper into the biblical meaning of worship and what it means for Christian women who want to lose weight God’s way.

We often think of worship as singing, raising our hands, or praising God in church. But what does the Bible actually mean by worship?

We’ll look at the Hebrew and Greek concepts behind biblical worship—including the idea of bowing, surrender, reverence, honor, and serving God—and connect those truths to Christian weight loss, healthy living, body stewardship, food choices, fitness, mindset, and caring for your body as God’s temple.

    You’ll discover why:

    • Your weight does not determine your worth or your value to God • Weight loss doesn’t have to come from shame, punishment, or diet culture • Caring for your body can become an expression of worship • Your food choices can be connected to surrender and stewardship • Renewing your mind is an important part of lasting weight loss • You can pursue healthy weight loss without starving yourself or living in the gym • Your Christian faith can become a foundation for lasting transformation

Then we’ll move into a powerful time of worship, followed by biblical declarations and decrees, a praise break, and a closing prayer over your health, your body, your mindset, and your weight loss journey.

If you’ve been trying to lose weight, starting over every Monday, struggling with emotional eating, sugar cravings, overeating, or feeling discouraged about your body, I want you to hear this:

Your body is not your enemy.

God has entrusted you with it.

And your goal isn’t simply to become smaller. It’s to learn how to steward your body, renew your mind, strengthen your faith, and create healthy habits that support the woman God has called you to be.

The holidays are coming, and you don’t have to wait until January to begin.

If you’re a Christian woman over 30 who is ready for a different approach to weight loss—one that brings faith, food, fitness, mindset, and spiritual transformation together—I’d love to talk with you.

  • Ep 141 | Christian Body Image
    2026/09/18

Culture says worship your body. Some Christian teaching says ignore it. Both are ditches, and both have kept you stuck.

In this episode, Ondrea plants a flag in the middle: stewardship. She unpacks why rejecting your body can be its own quiet disagreement with God, why caring for it was never vanity, and how you can desire real change without despising yourself to get there.

If you have ever stood at the mirror quoting "fearfully and wonderfully made" while thinking wrong, wrong, wrong, this episode is for you.

In this episode: • The two ditches most Christian women fall into with their bodies • Why neglecting your health is not the same as humility • The one question that changes everything about how you care for your body • How to pursue change from stewardship instead of shame

Your body is not your god. It is not your enemy. It was entrusted to you.
