Four key principles of setting boundaries:

1. Healthy boundaries are NOT walls

2. Healthy boundaries are NOT "fair", they may cost YOU something

3. You must accept total responsibility for maintaining your healthy boundaries

4. Boundaries are unique to you and your situation.
