We’re continuing our series The Christ—a deep dive into what it means that Jesus is not only our Savior but our Messiah, our Empowerer, and our Example.
This week’s message, Christ-Empowered Leadership, reminds us that every believer is called to lead—not just pastors, teachers, or those on a stage. You’re called to lead with love right where you are: in your home, your workplace, your relationships, even at the grocery store.
Drawing from Galatians 2:20-21, Revelation 12:10-11, and the story of Solomon in 1 Kings 3, we explore:
• Why leadership in Christ is servant leadership.
• How love leads by going first.
• Why joy in serving is both biblical and scientifically designed into our brains.
• The danger of pride and the blessing of humility in leadership.
• How Solomon’s request for wisdom reveals the heart of a Christ-empowered leader.
True leadership isn’t about position, it’s about posture—the posture of love. When you understand the forgiveness and grace you’ve received, leading with love and service becomes the natural response.
💡 Whether you feel “called to lead” or not, Christ has empowered you with His love to make an impact. The question isn’t if you’re called to lead, but where and when.
