このコンテンツについて
This week we speak to Tom Dahri. Tom has a storied career in law enforcement and played pivotal roles during the 7/7 attacks and headed the homicide command unit during the 2017 London Bridge attacks.
We wanted to lean on Tom’s experience in the field of investigation and see if we can draw parallels between building a case to track down a perpetrator and building an investment rationale for investing in businesses. We explore and delve into Tom’s experiences in the field and discuss how evidence, witness statements and forensics all built a profile of a scene and how the police would use those factors to build their cases.
We talk about behavioural science and how this lends itself to analysing how founders and entrepreneurs may behave under stress. Tom has himself founded and built a number of tech start-ups, so he’s seen both sides of the coin. His experience in law enforcement has played a big part in shaping his approach to product market fit.
