  • When Life Turns to Chaos - With Amy Vincze
    2025/06/17

Amy Vincze is our guest today on Calming the Chaos. She is an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) coach and she and I really agree that Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or "Tapping") helps people process emotions that could be causing emotional distress or chaos.

In this podcast, Amy uses EFT on me to help me process my emotions of fear and sadness at what is going on with the Los Angeles Riots / Protests.

I hope you stay till the end, where you will learn new skills to manage your emotions in these chaotic times.

Amy's website is www.soarwithtapping.com You can download Amy's apo called "Soar With Tapping" on iTunes, Apple and Android apps.

Here are some videos Amy has that can teach you more in depth about how Emotional Freedom Technique / Tapping works https://soarwithtapping.com/eft-tappi...

    Take care!
