Do you wish you didn’t have to live like you were walking on eggshells? Do you wish you felt confident going and doing things together as a family? Holding your breath, wondering how to even understand or help your child? Scared of the next meltdown? And feeling like a failure…

I’m so excited you’re here! This podcast will help you create peace in your home, feel more confident with effective tools, and build a connection with your child as you turn challenging behaviors into opportunities for growth.

Hi, I’m Jami, a mom of seven, professional counselor, parenting coach…and someone who’s been where you are…Trying to make sense of those challenging and often baffling behaviors and big emotions.

I was trying every good strategy I could think of, being more strict, being more consistent, searching for more solutions, and doing “all the things” that were “supposed” to work.

Finally, I realized that to calm my child’s intense emotions, I needed to understand his unique wiring, identify his specific needs, adjust my approach, and shift from control to connection. Once I made that shift, our family dynam was transformed, and I experienced a connection with my child that I feared I'd never know.

Now, I’m here to share these simple, faith-aligned, and effective strategies with you. You don’t have to feel overwhelmed anymore. You can create calm, build lasting connections, and help your child thrive with confidence and love. And I’m ready to guide you on this journey!

If you are ready to:

~ Ditch the overwhelm, build connection, and find peace in your home…

~ Discover simple, practical tools that are effective for your emotionally intense, highly sensitive child, and even your other children….

~ Embrace changes that make a real difference with less stress, more calm, and a strong family bond...

Then this podcast is for you!

So grab your coffee, find your quiet spot (if you can find one of those in your house), and let’s jump in. We’ll turn that chaos into calm ….one episode at a time!
