Cocktail of the Week –Caipirinhas!

Ingredients:

• 1 lime, cut into wedges

• 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar

• 2 ounces of cachaça

• Crushed ice

Instructions:

• Muddle the lime wedges with sugar in a glass until the sugar dissolves and the lime juice is released.

• Add the cachaça.

• Fill the glass with crushed ice.

• Stir well to combine.

• Garnish with a lime wedge
