Episode summary: In this third and final episode of procrastination, Nicole interviews another one of her fellow IB students, Anya. Anya struggles mainly with task initiation, and finds it difficult to start the project or work that she is supposed to do. She also mentions that she doesn't feel much stress during the course of her procrastination, and often starts to worry about the looming deadline a day or two before her work is due. Especially with the switch from GCSE to IB, Anya feels that the IB curriculum is much more taxing and demanding than GCSE, and also mentions how she feels more pressure to get her work done. Anya also talks about the pressure she feels from her fellow peers, as well as her teachers, to get her work done. However, she has come up with a solution to combat this issue by placing herself in an environment where she can do nothing but work, and mentions how this as significantly improved her work ethic. The main message to take away from this episode is: Try to surround yourself in an environment that forces you to study, and forces you to keep yourself in that mindset of working and studying. By surrounding yourself with people or things that keep you from being distracted, you will be surprised by how much you can accomplish in a short period of time.

Founder’s message: Distractions are everywhere and sometimes focusing can be extremely difficult, however as long as you try your best to place yourself in a concentrated state, you'll be able to see changes in your ability to focus
