Episode summary: In this next episode of procrastination, the Outreach Director of Teen Minds Unlocked Nicole interviews her psychology teacher. Here, Nicole's psychology teacher presents a different outlook on procrastination: Instead of viewing it negatively and as a thing that needs to be stopped, she views procrastination as a positive thing that would be able to lead to a stronger work ethic. Here, Nicole's psychology teacher has a mindset that only allows her to procrastinate if she has the time. She also views procrastination as a chance of a bit of downtime and relaxation, something that adults normally aren’t able to get due to looming deadlines and heavy workload. However, procrastination here presents a slight window of time where people are able to rest and recharge before starting on a demanding piece of work. This episode's message: Change your outlook on procrastination. Instead of viewing it as a bad habit that you need to eradicate, try seeing it through a different lens, and manipulate this so called "bad habit", into something you can exploit to better your academic workload and routine
Founder’s message: Distractions are everywhere and sometimes focusing can be extremely difficult, however as long as you try your best to place yourself in a concentrated state, you'll be able to see changes in your ability to focus
