このコンテンツについて
Last week, we sat with deep forgiveness, the kind that feels like a long-held breath finally released. I shared about forgiving my dad after 15 years and embracing honest conversations with my mom. This week, I’m taking that theme further, into legacy, authenticity, and breaking out of the boxes others try to put us in.
This is the second time I recorded Episode 13, because the first one… didn’t feel like me. Today’s version is messy, unscripted, and straight from my heart. I talk about forgiving my mom, honoring the legacy I want to leave for my boys, and refusing to live by someone else’s rules or expectations. We dive into women’s empowerment, human connection, and what it means to follow your own path, even when imposter syndrome and self-doubt try to keep you small.
And because forgiveness is also about embracing the challenges life gives us, I’m sharing more about our family’s journey with Gould Syndrome, the rare genetic condition my boys and husband live with. Raising awareness and supporting research is part of the legacy I want to build. If this episode moves you, I’d be honored if you’d consider learning more or making a donation.

You’re not behind. You’re becoming. And you don’t have to rise through it alone.
