  • 2025 Reflections, Nailed It or Failed It
    2025/12/15

In this special end-of-year episode, we’re diving deep into the goals we set 12 months ago. We share our honest, unfiltered reflections on where we nailed it, where we failed it, and the lessons learned. This moment of reflection can serve as a crucial step to continue to move forward in a positive direction, it’s not just an exercise in judging past performance. As we move forward into the new year, we are taking this time to reflect, correct and refine our goals.

  • The Beauty of Vulnerability
    2025/12/08

In a world that often rewards toughness and masks, vulnerability is widely mistaken for weakness. But what if the greatest measure of your strength is actually your willingness to be fully seen? This episode explores the transformative power of healthy vulnerability, the conscious choice to show up imperfectly, honestly, and without armor. We discuss why vulnerability is the essential key to moving past surface-level interactions and building relationships rooted in genuine trust. We discuss how leaning into emotional exposure can ultimately enhance your life by creating space for profound personal growth and unshakable, authentic connection.

  • Toxic Traits That Hold Us Back
    2025/12/01

We all have silent, toxic traits that sabotage our peace and halt our progress. In this candid episode, we dive deep into two powerful patterns that often disguise themselves as being capable or being concerned. We all carry learned behavioral patterns that often masquerade as strength or responsibility, these are self-sabotage traps. This episode defines "toxic traits" not as failures, but as coping mechanisms that are actively preventing genuine success and peace.

  • Getting on the Bus with Francesca Thomson
    2025/11/10

Today we are joined by our first guest on Bubbles & Breakdowns, Francesca Thomson. She is the owner of Healthier Holidays, an online store that creates tasty gift baskets filled with healthier items so people can enjoy special events with less guilt and surprise people with something to make them feel loved and cared for and an influencer as @marathonofmotherhood. Aside from that, Francesca inspires her followers to show up to life everyday, even when there is chaos, finding ways to lean in and make every day count. She’s arguably the most physically active person we’ve come across.

She’s a mom, wife and recovering perfectionist. Her strength, purpose and can-do mindset helps push people forward when they feel stuck. Today we are going to get to know her better, on a soul level. She is unapologetically herself. Our hope is that any of you listening who are at an inflection point where you either need to “Get on the Bus” or are going through an intentional evolution; that after our conversation you can meet what lies ahead with energy, perseverance and more authenticity than ever before.

  • Imposter Syndrome: Owning Your Seat at The Table
    2025/11/03

Do you know the phrase; fake it til’ you make it? Have you ever found yourself in a new role, a big meeting, or even a casual conversation, secretly waiting for someone to point and yell, "You don't belong here!" That sinking feeling is the echo of Imposter Syndrome, and today, we're sharing our own battles with it.

In this episode, we get honest about the moments we felt like frauds, from early career missteps to navigating parenting. We break down the crippling anxiety that comes from believing every achievement was a fluke or a lucky mistake.

But more importantly, how we moved past the feeling of being an imposter to embrace the truth: There is no table we've sat at that we didn't belong at.
