I interview Bryan Banta, with over 20 years of proven experience leading and managing teams across multiple geographies, industries and functions. He began his career at Cisco as an IT engineer with a focus on software development. While at Cisco, Bryan expanded into various roles including project and program management, security business operations, and global protective services before moving into the field of human resources. Early in his career Bryan also spent some time working for the Department of Justice/FBI as a special agent focused on counter terrorism, counterintelligence, and cybercrimes.Bryan also shares a love for the martial arts and has a black belt in Aikido.
