  • Episode 84 - How to Set Boundaries from a Place of Self-Worth
    2026/10/02

If you want someone to respect you and take you seriously, you need to have good boundaries. AND setting those boundaries from a place of self-worth makes holding those boundaries a heck of a lot easier.

So often, we feel like we need to be in disciplinarian mode. We need to be the enforcer when it comes to boundaries.

But when we can shift our viewpoint and come at it from a place of self-worth first, where setting boundaries are full of love and integrity, we get to move from feeling like the bad guy to feeling relaxed in our bodies.

  • Episode 83 - House Appraisal on My 40th Birthday + 4 Years Finding Home Again
    2026/09/16

Four years ago I spent my 40th birthday walking an appraiser through my marital home. I had no idea where I was going to live, which country I wanted to be in, or how any of it was going to work out.

What followed was three years of following my intuition — Costa Rica, Bali, my parents' couch, and eventually back to a rental a few blocks from where I started.

In this episode I'm sharing the full journey of finding home again after divorce. The detours, the hard moments, the belief I had to work through when I didn't have a roof to call my own — and what finally made a rented space feel like ours.

  • Episode 78 - Brain Surgery in Bali: Unexpected Miracles + What To Do When Life Gets Hard
    2026/06/10

This wasn't how I expected my trip to go, but it was out of my control.

My daughter woke up paralyzed a few weeks into our Bali vacation and spent a month in the hospital, including a week in ICU. To say it was one of the scariest experiences of my life is an understatement.

    But I learned so much.
    About faith.
    Friendship.
    Divine guidance.
And taking each day one step at a time.

This episode is obviously a deviation from divorce and coparenting, yet the lessons I learned throughout this experience can be applied to any "hard" situation.

Buckle up and enjoy. This is a tear-jerker. (Or at least it was for me!)
