このコンテンツについて
Are your behaviors on repeat? Do you even know what you’re doing half the time…or why? Rest assured, behavioral patterns are built into our psychology. They help us make quick decisions—like always running the other direction when something is trying to eat you. But sometimes those patterns can be a source of frustration, especially if they don’t result in the desired outcome (like when you’re emotionally triggered and reacting to someone). But you keep doing it because, well, it’s a pattern and you’re on autopilot. And in business, patterns aren’t just about an individual. There are relational patterns that occur when people communicate. So that’s what we’re talking about today: patterns, and how to break the ones that aren’t serving you. It’s a lot easier to disrupt them when you recognize they’re happening and you know what triggers them.
