We discuss the planning cycle which includes four steps: Observe, Analyze, Plan, Act/Do. This is put into play in many businesses and can also apply to our lives.


We then, break down the four areas in our lives where planning can have a positive impact. Planning can help with work/life balance, limit uncertainty, help us stay focused and give us peace of mind.
