There’s a lot of conflicting advice about menopause. How do you know what’s right for you?

In this episode, Nicola shares why she and menopause nutritionist Norma are bringing women together for an open, evidence-based conversation on International Menopause Day. They’ll discuss nutrition, supplements, HRT and common myths, with a consultant gynaecologist joining them to answer questions about menopause care, including the Mirena coil.

The event is a chance to listen, ask questions and talk in a relaxed setting. Come with a friend or on your own, and take part as much or as little as you like.

    Sunday 18 October, 11am–2pm
Ballykisteen Hotel, within walking distance of Limerick Junction train station
    Tickets: €29 on Eventbrite
Attendees can also avail of 10% off lunch at the hotel.
