Today Jay and I talk about trust. The ability to blindly trust someone or for them to have to gain your trust over time and the down falls of breaking that trust.

Jay has been vegan for 4 years and now is trying to bulk up muscle so hes slowly starting to eat meat again.

Between the two of us and our kids and parents we have 5 generations. Parenting, guidence and punishment is very different between all those years. We discuse which generation had the better parenting.

We are discussing how our education system is outdated and mostly no longer needed in these times and ways we should change it to keep up with the world today.

We talk about depression and what we can do to help ourselves and others going through a hard time. Also, how helping someone mentally by just a simple reply to a text message could make someones day much better.
