God sees the heart. It's so important to ask God everyday to examine our hearts and to reveal anything in us that needs changing. You will become what your heart is full of. If your heart is full of evil, that is what you will become and that is the kind of fruit you will bear. However, if your heart is full of good, then you will bear good fruit -- fruit that will last! Psalm 103 talks about the benefits of the Lord. The benefits that you inherit as a result of becoming a child of God. These benefits include forgiveness, health, joy, strength and so much more. It’s so important to remember God’s benefits, so that when Satan tries to lie to us, we remember whose child we are! We are children of God, and therefore heirs to the promise and recipients of His benefits. Remember God’s benefits daily and proclaim them over your life.

The name of Jesus is where the power is. So often, I hear Christians pray these big, long, beautiful prayers – but they don’t once utter the name of Jesus. If you don’t speak the name of Jesus when you pray, your prayers do not count. Jesus tells us time and time again that He is the only way to the Father and that when we go to God and ask Him for anything, we are to go before Him in the name of Jesus. The name of Jesus heals. The name of Jesus saves. The name of Jesus makes demons shudder. If you want your prayers answered, speak the NAME OF JESUS.

I had the great honor of once again sitting down with my good friend, Riley Stephenson. Riley is an evangelist. His whole ministry is about reaching the lost and getting souls to Jesus one conversation at a time. He spends his time teaching, training, and equipping the Body of Christ to go out into the world and do what we are all called to do: save souls. I hope when you listen to this interview, it motivates you to use whatever gift or calling God gave you to go reach the lost in your community. One of the most important things I’m taking away from this conversation, is that we can all go out and reach the lost, regardless of who we are or how we may feel. We are not moved by how we feel, but we should be moved by what God tells us to do, and He told us ALL to “go out into the world and spread the gospel”. Enjoy!
