Such a blast having Alicia back on the show to talk about Halloween and why Christians shouldn’t dabble in it. Alicia’s testimony about turning from New Age/Witchcraft to Christianity is fascinating, and because of her experience with that dark world, she definitely had a thing or two to say about Halloween. If you’re a Christian trying to figure out whether or not you should celebrate, this one’s for you. We also talk about spiritual warfare and the importance of praying protection and pleading the blood of Jesus! I had a great time chatting with Alicia and I hope you have a great time listening to our conversation!

In today’s episode, we continue in our reading of Romans 8 and dive into what it means to suffer as a Christian. As Christians, we will face trials, tribulations, persecutions, and challenges… the question is, what do we do during those seasons? The Bible tells us time and time again to rejoice in the hard times and to persevere! Being heaven-minded will help you keep on keeping on when times get rough. Remembering the glory that you will experience one day when you’re facing Jesus is enough to help us get us through the present challenges that life throws our way. It’s so important to remember that as children of God, our citizenship is not here but in heaven. Remembering that and keeping Christ at the forefront of your mind will help you get through the bad times. We also talk about speaking in tongues, the importance of church, and what our purpose is as believers. Enjoy!

The abortion industry is moving from the clinics to our college campuses. 34 universities across California are required by law to administer the abortion pill to any student who can prove they are pregnant and decides they want to terminate their pregnancy. This is an issue that is occurring in other states as well. Carlie Magallanes has gotten the green light for “Love Life University”, which will mobilize the church towards college universities to be the light that shines in the darkness, to pray, share the gospel, and to encourage and provide resources for college aged girls who decide to choose life for their unborn babies.
