Saff is back at Bev's for some robe time! But before gossip and games begin, Gaylord P. Stiles (owner of the crystal shop before the dump) stops by with gifts, spells, and a plea for friends. Bev tries hard to build friendship with Gaylord, but Saff is hesitant... a challenge even magic can't fix.

Pat and Cat Jacket, of Crime Scene She Wrote fame, visit Bev to promote their 437 different forensic reenactments. These detailed videos not only help students learn to identify clues to solve crimes, but also give Bev a glimpse into the complex balance of reality and pretend in the Jackets' marriage.

Actress Lisa Lenaud’s car breaks down in a storm, and she is left stranded at Bev’s. Luckily Bev and her friend and handyman, Marty McCluster, are gearing up to play in the rain! Who doesn’t love a romcom in a make-believe waterfall (aka a roof leaking into a bucket)?

Seff Charman and Norman Ochermarch from the Colonel Community Players stop by Bev's to promote their production, "Noise of Songs." While Bev may not be in this production, the Colonel community can look forward to future shows including "Aardvarks" and "St. Louis," which also don't feature Bev. Our apologies to the city of Colonel; this is not a movie theater.

Devin Brendan, of the wash and fold, comes by Bev's just in time. It doesn't look like electrician Stiy Wisely can fix the washing machine, and Bev has a lot of sweatiness in her top that needs to be cleaned! While they sort out the laundry, Devin invites Stiy to join his secret spelling club. Hopefully Stiy lives to the next full moon.

Bev is looking to have a baby that loves her and she can be proud of, Dede is looking to impress her mom, and Dr. Goofenschmidt really just needs to get his product on ice.
