Football is officially BACK, and Anthony Barr and Eric Kendricks are breaking down the 2026 NFL season on a new episode of Bent Outta Shape.

The guys go division by division across the NFL, picking their favorites, sleepers, and teams they think could surprise everyone this season. From the Bills and Ravens in the AFC to the Cowboys, Vikings, Saints, and Seahawks in the NFC, Anthony and Eric give their predictions based on what they've seen heading into Week 1.

Anthony is ALL IN on the Dallas Cowboys, predicting Dak Prescott to win MVP, Dallas to win 11–13 games, take the NFC East, and ultimately represent the NFC in the Super Bowl.
The guys also break down a wide-open NFC North, with Anthony changing his pick and taking the Minnesota Vikings to win the division after what he saw at training camp. They discuss the Lions, Bears, Packers, and why Minnesota could outperform expectations this season.

Then it's time for the biggest predictions of the year: MVP, Offensive Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, surprise teams, conference champions, and their Super Bowl picks. Anthony ultimately predicts the Denver Broncos to defeat the Dallas Cowboys and become Super Bowl champions.
