• 58. Feeling Lost? How to Walk in Your Purpose with Clarity
    2026/08/27

Do you know God has a purpose for your life, but still feel unsure how to actually walk it out?

In this episode, Josh and Corina share three practical keys to living a purpose-filled life without overthinking your calling. They explain that purpose is not usually one giant assignment you have to discover all at once. More often, it is lived out through everyday obedience, knowing who God created you to be, staying connected to His voice, and taking the next step with Him.

Corina shares her story of feeling called to ministry from a young age, while also feeling strongly called to motherhood. As her children grew and homeschooling required more of her attention, she had to lay down some of the ministry roles she loved. Over time, God showed her that her purpose had not changed. Her audience had simply changed. The same gifts were still there, but in that season they were being poured into her children and home.

Josh and Corina explain why your title does not define you. Your identity comes from God, and your purpose flows from that identity. When you know who He created you to be, you can carry that purpose into any season, role, job, or assignment.

They also talk about how your passions, dreams, personality, experiences, and even the things that deeply move you can point toward your God-given purpose. But limiting beliefs can hold you back from taking action, which is why it is so important to hear God’s voice, renew your mind with truth, and protect the dreams He has placed in your heart.

  • 57. Knowing Truth Is Not the Same as Believing It
    2026/08/20

Have you ever thought, “I know what the Bible says, so why am I still struggling?”

You may know that God provides, but still feel anxious about money. You may know that you are loved, but still feel rejected. You may know that God has a purpose for you, but still feel unqualified.

In this episode, Josh and Corina talk about the difference between knowing truth intellectually and believing it deeply enough that it transforms the way you live.

Josh shares how he grew up knowing that God loved him, but it was not until he actually encountered the Father’s love that it began to change his relationship with God. He moved from trying to earn God’s love through performance to experiencing the joy and freedom of knowing he was already loved as a son.

Josh and Corina explain that your emotions, reactions, and words can reveal what you truly believe beneath the surface. Anxiety, anger, fear, defensiveness, hopelessness, or the need to control can all be clues that there is a belief underneath that does not fully line up with God’s truth.

They also unpack John 8:31–32 and explain that truth is meant to be experienced, not just memorized. Real transformation happens when we abide in God’s truth, encounter Jesus personally, and intentionally renew our minds until His truth becomes our new way of thinking.

  • 56. Why Hearing God’s Voice Feels Hard
    2026/08/06

Do you ever pray and wonder whether God is speaking to you or you’re just talking to yourself?

In this episode, Josh and Corina talk about three common reasons God’s voice can feel difficult to recognize: fear, performance, and having a different goal than God. They also share practical ways to quiet the noise, connect with peace, and grow in confidence as you learn to hear Him.

Josh shares a story about believing God said, “I’m promoting you,” while he was applying for a new position at work. When the job fell through, it seemed like he had heard God wrong. But over time, he realized God had a much bigger promotion in mind, one that eventually led him out of engineering, across the state, and into ministry school and a completely new season of purpose.

This story shows that sometimes we do hear God correctly, but we misunderstand what He means. We may be focused on the outcome, while God is using the process to grow our faith, refine our identity, and lead us somewhere better than we expected.

  • 55. Stop Waiting: Start Walking in Your Purpose
    2026/07/30

Have you been waiting for God to reveal your purpose before you take action?

Maybe you are waiting for a clear sign, more confidence, better timing, more training, or a moment when everything finally makes sense. But what if clarity does not always come before movement? What if God reveals more of your purpose as you begin walking with Him?

In this episode, Josh and Corina talk about how waiting can sometimes be rooted in fear rather than obedience. They share their own journey of spending years in a familiar church and career season, believing they were being faithful while also sensing that God had something more. It was not until they began taking small, imperfect steps that God started bringing greater clarity and direction.

They explain that God often gives us enough light for the next step rather than the entire journey. Like headlights on a dark road, His guidance may only illuminate what is directly in front of us, but that is enough to keep moving with Him.

This episode will help you recognize the difference between active waiting and fear-based hesitation. You will learn why action gives you valuable information about where you have peace, grace, fruit, and momentum, and how even one small act of obedience can open doors you never expected.

  • 54. Identity in Christ Brings Freedom and Direction
    2026/07/16

Do you know who you are in Christ, but still struggle to live like it is true?

In this episode, Josh and Corina talk about how identity in Christ is more than a comforting Christian idea. What you believe about who you are affects how you think, how you make decisions, how you handle comparison, and how confidently you follow God.

Corina shares how, as a child, she was often called bossy because she was opinionated, strong-willed, and quick to see the plan. But as she grew and allowed God to refine that part of her, what once felt like a rough edge became a leadership gift. Instead of hiding the way God made her, she learned to let Him mature it and use it for His purposes.

Josh and Corina explain that many of the traits we have tried to suppress may actually be immature strengths God wants to refine. When we know who we are, we stop trying to be someone else, break free from comparison, and begin to recognize the unique purpose God placed inside of us.

They also talk about how shame, failure, and careless words from others can become false identities. But your past does not define you. Your mistakes are not your name. In Christ, you are a new creation, and God wants to remove false labels and speak His truth over who He made you to be.

  • 53. Confused About Your Calling? How Identity Leads to Purpose
    2026/07/09

Who did God make you to be?

Knowing your identity in Christ is more than knowing you are a Christian. It is also about discovering the unique way God designed you, what makes you come alive, and the good works He prepared for you to walk in.

In this episode, Josh and Corina talk about personal identity in Christ and how understanding who God made you to be can lead to greater purpose, fulfillment, and clarity. Josh shares his story of spending 19 years as an engineer in a stable and successful career that looked great from the outside but never felt fully fulfilling. It was not until he began working more directly with people, encouraging them, helping them grow, and connecting them with God that he started to recognize what truly made him come alive.

Josh and Corina explain the difference between our shared family identity as believers and our personal identity in Christ. As followers of Jesus, we are children of God, loved, accepted, chosen, royal, holy, and called to partner with Him. But God also made each of us uniquely, with specific passions, dreams, gifts, and assignments.

Using Ephesians 2:10, they unpack what it means to be God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works prepared in advance. You are not an accident. God did not mess up when He made you. He formed you with intention, put something beautiful inside of you, and created you on purpose for a purpose.

  • 52. Spiritual Warfare to Stay Free Every Day
    2026/07/02

What does it take to get free and stay free?

In this episode, Josh and Corina talk about daily habits for spiritual warfare and how to continue walking in the freedom Jesus already paid for. They unpack the tension many believers feel between what the Bible says is true and what they are currently experiencing in real life.

Corina shares a story about a client who had received healing but began to feel afraid when symptoms returned. Through their coaching sessions, God revealed that she did not have to earn her healing and that fear was making it harder for her to hear God’s voice. As she partnered with truth, broke agreement with fear, and listened to what God was saying, she experienced powerful breakthrough.

Josh and Corina also talk about the difference between receiving freedom as a gift and walking it out in daily life. Just like salvation, healing and deliverance are received by grace through faith, but we still get to partner with God as we work out what He has already given us. Freedom belongs to us in Christ, but we often need to renew our minds, break agreement with lies, and take back any authority we have given to the enemy through fear, unbelief, or old patterns of thinking.

Using the example of Israel entering the Promised Land, they explain that God had already given His people the land, but they still had to step into it, obey His instructions, and take possession of what was theirs. In the same way, believers are invited to stand on God’s truth, listen for His battle plan, and partner with Him in obedience.

  • 51. The Peace Prescription: Bible Verses for Peace
    2026/06/25

Do you ever wish God would just tell you what to do to have more peace and joy?

In this episode, Josh and Corina unpack two powerful passages of scripture, 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18 and Philippians 4:4–7, and show how they give us a simple prescription for peace, happiness, and emotional health: rejoice, pray, and give thanks.

Josh shares a funny and practical story from a date night when he was feeling stressed about money and asked Corina to “worry positive” with him. Instead of spiraling into fear, they began imagining all the ways God could come through, laughing together, and intentionally shifting their thoughts toward God’s goodness. That simple practice helped break the power of worry and brought them back into peace.

Josh and Corina also connect these biblical practices with research showing the benefits of joy, prayer, and gratitude. They explain how rejoicing can help break negative thought loops, how prayer calms fear and creates connection with God, and how gratitude trains our minds to notice what is still good even when life feels hard.
