 COVID was an illustration that everyone where's a mask. Depending on how serious people took the virus they wore 2, and even 3 mask at the same time.  If you asked anyone why are they wearing a mask they will tell their story. Because of a family member, their children, it's mandatory, they don't want to catch it, or because they was just scared of the life or death situation...so they wore the mask. But what about the mask we wear from the pain, hurt, and trauma in our lives? Rick Warren said "Wearing a mask wears you out. Faking it, is fatiguing.  The most exhausting activity is pretending to be what you know you aren't."  I reveal some of the mask they I wore and how the trauma from the past put the mask on and me desiring to be a better me took it off.  Behind Every Mask, There's A Story
